font-family: 'tunga'; line-height: 60%;"><BR/></span> <P class="text2"> Gentlemen: <BR> <P class="text2">It has now become apparent...the American People are being forced into herds to be ruled by statist, politburo-like elitists by force of contrivance, and through such as the "Livable Communities Act" without choice, informed consent, the normal voting process, or ratification by the several states, as required by the Constitution, e.g. democratic processes enumerated and outlined in Article IV, Section 4. which reads:</P> <blockquote>The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened), against domestic Violence.</blockquote> <P class="text2">I am writing to send GOP leadership, Democratic majority, and current Administration, advanced notice that we, the informed populace, are adamantly opposed to this form of tyranny and rule by administrative orders, instruments and directives from the Executive Branch, Judicial Branch activism, or by secrecy, e.g. the frequent practice of attaching non-germane amendments and addenda to major legislation necessary to ensure continuity of government, for maintaining military operations, and a viable infrastructure.</P> <P class="text2">Make no mistake, you are hereby placed on notice - this imperfect war on the people through covert, illegitimate forms of chicanery and deception is considered egregious abuse, an affront to freedom, will neither be taken lightly, nor allowed to continue.</P> <P class="text2">Americans elected a Republican majority to the U.S. House of Representatives in order to reverse reckless spending, not expand it, and Americans elected scores of Tea Party candidates in a clear protest against the massive bailouts of the Obama administration and the Pelosi/Reid Congress.</P> <P class="text2"><span style="margin: 0px;">The feral Federal Reserve Bank is committed to engage in printing some $75 billion a month in fiat currency to service massive federal budget deficits and allow the federal establishment's unchecked expansion to continue. &nbsp;For every dollar that Congress spends, a whopping 40-cents must now be borrowed, precipitated by increases in the federal debt limit five times over the last ten years.</P> <P class="text2">This massive subsidy to profligate federal spending was not voted upon by Congress nor by the American people  at least $600 billion in new money is being printed and given to an insolvent federal government  completely beyond the controls of democratic processes that define a free America, further destroying the value of every dollar we earn, spend, save, or invest.</P> <P class="text2">The only way to stop this insanity is for responsible members of Congress to REFUSE to participate in the ruination of our Constitutional Republic. &nbsp;As your constituent, I hereby request an immediate boycott of this congressional malpractice by filibuster, mass walk-outs on scheduled voting, and formal referendum of protest to be initiated accordingly.
